Dr. Stephen Markowitz, CEO
Steve Markowitz is a third generation dentist and the founder and CEO of MFD dental management. Steve’s love for the profession came from his father, an entrepreneurial dentist (before it was the cool thing to be). MFD is a tribute to his father, whose impact was measured not by profits but by the level of care shown to his patients and team. With this spirit, Steve continues to find his passion in developing his team and creating new and innovative ways to improve the lives of the patients and team members he is blessed to lead. Currently, Dr. Markowitz and his team are lucky enough to lead seven practices, 21 dentists, and almost 140 team members.
Steve’s drive for leading and developing himself and others comes from his beautiful wife, Lynn. Together, they have three wild and crazy boys and work hard to try and keep up with all of the fun.
Stefanie Preville, Director of Operations
Stefanie is a life long Massachusetts resident. She has been in the dental field for over 24 years and spent most of her career at Leominster Family Dentists as a dental hygienist. Although her first career love was hygiene Stefanie has found an even greater passion for developing people and creating amazing experiences for her team. Stefanie is truly thankful for the team she works with every day. When Stefanie is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband volunteering at her local church, staying active at the Leominster YMCA, and vacationing in Disney.
Tina Meuse, Director of Finance and HR
Tina grew up in Milford, Massachusetts, graduated from Framingham State University, and started her career in dental at Nashoba Family Dentists with the business team. Quickly, she advanced into leadership as office manager, where she developed a passion for the financial aspect of the business and realized a dental practice was only as successful as the people she surrounded herself with. When MFD was formed, Tina was promoted to one of the first directors and now leads HR and finance teams.
Outside of work Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons…but those that truly know her, know her real passion is eating goldfish.
Dr. Daniel Coleman, Clinical Director
Dr. Daniel K. Coleman is a compassionate and talented dentist specializing in periodontics and implant dentistry. He is an educator and lecturer at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Coleman has been recognized for his outstanding education and clinical capabilities. His passion for dentistry has led him to provide courses on periodontal health and surgical technique for dental professionals all over the world.
